Mead Braised Short Ribs
Overview
Short ribs braising is quite possibly the coziest scent that will ever come out of any kitchen aside from an apple pie! Just a little prep and set it and forget it and serve over grits or creamy mashed potatoes. Your guests will never guess what that sweet heat flavor is that makes these ribs so special.
