Holiday Vodka Tonic

We were inspired by Shiny Brite ornaments for this festive Christmas drink. A simple honey-infused vodka tonic gets a holiday glow-up with Shiny Brite-shaped fruit juice ice cubes.


Instructions

1.Β Wash Up!

2. Make the ice cubes: Fill round ice cube molds with assorted fruit juices and tea. Freeze until solid, about 8 to 12 hours.

3. Make the cocktail: Stir together the vodka and honey in a measuring cup. Place the fruit juice ice cubes in a cocktail glass. Pour the vodka into the glass.

To Serve: Top the cocktail with tonic water or sparkling wine. Serve immediately.

Pro Tip: If the fruit juices you’ve picked are more on the tart side (like cranberry juice and grapefruit juice), add more honey to the cocktail to sweeten it up.

  • 1 cup assorted fruit juices and tea (we used orange juice, grapefruit juice, blood orange-beet juice, and pea flower tea)
  • ΒΌ cup vodka or gin
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons Savannah Bee Company Honey (we used Sourwood Honey)
  • Chilled tonic water or sparkling wine
