Christmas Wreath Charcuterie Board

Servings 12

Three friends reach to grab a prepared charcuterie skewer from a platter fashioned to look like a holiday wreath; in the center of the wreath is a bowl of raw honeycomb with a teak honeycomb knife cutting through the honeycomb.

Overview

This Christmas charcuterie wreath is one of our favorite ways to usher in the holiday season. It’s an easy appetizer that’s both festive and impressive. Our honeycomb is the perfect complement to the sliced meats, pickled vegetables, and cheeses.

Instructions

1. Wash Up!

2. Make the charcuterie skewers: Divide the ingredients between the toothpicks, alternating as desired.

3. Prep the honeycomb: Cut the honeycomb into cubes.

To Serve: Arrange the toothpicks in a wreath shape on a platter, stacking in 2 to 3 layers as desired. Place the honeycomb in the center of the wreath. Garnish with rosemary sprigs to look like greenery.

Pro Tip: The sky’s the limit when choosing ingredients for these antipasto skewers. We’ve listed some suggestions but feel free to visit the deli department of your grocery store and get inspired.
